This website uses the Contact Form 7 WordPress Plugin. When you voluntarily submit data using the contact form, your name, email, and message is captured and sent to Anne Allen. Your details will be used to process your message and only kept for the length of time needed to process it, and definitely no longer than 12 months.

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

If you sign-up for the e-newsletter, this is kept, until you asked to be unsubscribed, at which point you will be operantly removed from the mailing list.

If you send a message via the contact form, the data will be held whilst your message is being responded to and deleted within 12 months from being sent.

What rights you have over your data

If you have have left comments on this website, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data that is held about you, including any data you have provided . You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
